Early check-in and late check-out can be provided based on availability on additional charge. Late check-out (until 17.00) presupposes additional charge of 50% of an entire daily cost of apartment. Early check-out will be subject to payment of the entire booked stay.
Down payment policies
All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card. Upon booking, a deposit of at least 30% of the total booking is required.
Cancellation policies
The final payment of booking is due ten (10) days before arrival and will be charged to the credit card on file. Cancellations received before 18.00 local time nine (9) or more days prior to the arrival date will be fully refunded with a deduction of Euro 50.00. For cancellations received after the final payment has expired, a penalty equal to a booking entire amount will be applied.
No-show:
In case of no-show, a client will be charged the entire amount of booking.
Payments:
We accept cash payments, bank checks (subject to the acceptance), credit and debit cards.
Children policy
Children up to 15 years of age are not allowed.
Pets policy
Domestic animals are not allowed.
SPA:
SPA services, including the entrance, must be reserved 3 days in advance.
Extra services:
Horse-riding, trekking, cooking classes, mountain biking etc. are organized upon request.
Apartments:
Each of our apartments has a kitchenette. Use tea/coffee/drinks only.
Borgo Public Areas:
In the Borgo public/common areas the consumption of food and drinks is allowed only with the service of our restaurant, wine-bar or bar.
It is not allowed to consume food brought from outside or drinks of any kind, everything is with the Borgo service.
Objects having a value:
We do not bring a responsibility for objects left in the hotel.
Non-smoking rooms:
All our rooms are no smoking. We kindly ask you to respect this rule for the well-being of guests who will stay there later.
Parking area:
Parking is included in the accommodation rate.
